For Local orders (Hong Kong):



- For order more than HK1500, we provide free delivery to local Hong Kong delivery address (except New Territories, depends on situation)

- For heavy and big items (e.g. tank, light, more than 2 bags of 9L CAL soil), we will also try to send your order to your place.

For International orders:



- We accept orders from other countries.

- Since international shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location

   to which the order is shipping, shipping charges will be provided in 1-2 business days.

- Orders are usually packed and sent in 1-2 business days after full payment received.

- You will receive the tracking number after the parcel is shipped.

- Orders can be shipped by Hong Kong SpeedPost, FedEx, TNT, or DHL.

- Estimated 2-5 business days shipping time

- Payment method: PayPal (there will be 4% PayPal service charge applied to the total purchase)

- Overseas Buyers should take all risks and responsibilities in mail delivery.

- All overseas buyers should pay Shipping and Handling charges.
